Returns are accepted only for products that are:
Damaged at the time of delivery
Defective due to manufacturing issues (covered under the limited warranty, if applicable)
Incorrect or incomplete items delivered by the seller
Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices.
The following items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective at the time of delivery:
Items marked as “Non-Returnable”
Personal care, hygiene, or consumable products
Customized or made-to-order items
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
Buyers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery (or as specified by the seller). Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.
To initiate a return, buyers must:

Share order details, product images, and a clear description of the issue.
Await approval from the seller before returning the product.
Adam Express Online does not process returns directly unless explicitly stated.
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer unless the return is due to a seller error, damaged product, or defective item. The mode of return shipping will be communicated by the seller.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed by the seller after inspection of the returned product. The refund amount, method, and processing time are subject to the seller’s refund policy. Adam Express Online does not guarantee refund timelines.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and seller approval. If an exchange is not possible, the seller may offer a refund as per their policy.
Adam Express Online shall not be held liable for any disputes, delays, or losses arising from returns, refunds, or exchanges processed by sellers.
